3M™ Littmann® Classic III Stethoscope

The double-sided chestpiece has been developed with a tunable diaphragm and a form-fitting earphone that provides excellent acoustic performance. This is part of the stethoscope's patented 3M™ Littmann® technology. The new generation tubing included increases resistance to skin oils and alcohol, extending the life of the stethoscope and reducing the formation of stains.

Adjustable Diaphragm Technology

Tunable diaphragm technology adjusts the pressure on the chestpiece to achieve the ability to hear different frequency sounds. This feature increases the practitioner's focus on the patient while providing comfort to the patient.

Earbuds

The patented 3M™ Littmann® Stethoscope eartips are securely fastened, soft, airtight eartips that provide a comfortable fit and excellent acoustic isolation. The eartips fit tightly over the ends of the eartip spring and require careful effort to remove safely.

Improved Durability

Durable new generation Tubing retains its shape and flexibility even after being tightly folded and tucked into a pocket. Improved resistance to skin oils and alcohols ensures longer stethoscope life and is less likely to stain.
