The Classic III stethoscope offers a versatile two-sided chestpiece with high acoustic sensitivity and tunable diaphragms for excellent performance.

It is used by medical professionals and students to identify, listen to, and study heart, lung, and other body sounds.

Tunable diaphragm technology – a 3M invention – allows the patient to hear different frequency sounds by simply adjusting the pressure on the chestpiece.

Earpiece tension can be easily adjusted by squeezing or pulling. Patented 3M™ Littmann® Stethoscope Sealing Eartips are soft, leak-proof eartips that provide a secure fit and excellent acoustic isolation.

New generation tubing offers improved resistance to skin oils and alcohols, resulting in longer stethoscope life and reduced likelihood of staining.

The Classic III stethoscope is made in the USA and comes with large and small soft-sealing eartips, heavy-duty eartip coils, a non-chill bell frame, and an instruction booklet.
