AQUACEL™ Ag+ Dressings
AQUACEL™ Ag+ dressings are effective antimicrobial primary dressings for wounds that are infected or at risk of infection. They are specifically designed to manage the 3 key local barriers of the healing process; combating exudate, infection and biofilm barriers.
Features
AQUACEL™ Ag+ dressings are reinforced with Hydrofiber™ Technology and Ag+ Technology, a unique ionic silver-containing antibiofilm formula. These dressings are available in two different versions: AQUACEL™ Ag+ Extra and AQUACEL™ Ag+ Strip dressings.
AQUACEL™ Ag+ Extra dressing is comprised of two layers of Hydrofiber™ Technology stitched together to be 9 times stronger and 50% more absorbent than AQUACEL™ Ag dressing.
AQUACEL™ Ag+ Strip dressing is reinforced with stitches and provides high durability.
