Compound

Biatain® ibu is a foam matrix in which absorbent polyurethane foam containing 0.5 mg/cm2 ibuprofen is homogeneously dispersed.

Use

Biatain® ibu is indicated for non-adhesive, low to highly exuding wounds. These include acute wounds such as second degree burns, donor sites, postoperative wounds and skin abrasions, as well as chronic wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and non-infected diabetic foot ulcers. Biatain® ibu is suitable for use in conjunction with compression therapy.
