Tracheolife II Product Description
Tracheolife II is a sterile, single-use device (HME) that prevents heat and moisture loss due to artificial respiration by bypassing the mouth, nose and pharynx in patients who have had a tracheostomy. The molded translucent plastic body contains a hygroscopic material. This material transfers heat and moisture from the exhaled air to the inhaled air. The device is equipped with suction/examination sockets.
