EPIDERM SILICONE GEL SHEED
EPiDERM SILICONE GEL SHEED is intended to control and reduce old and new hypertrophic or keloid scars resulting from burns, surgery or trauma injuries. It is a soft, low-adhesive and semi-absorbent gel developed by reinforcing with polyester. It is also used to reduce post-burn scars. When used regularly, it reduces the formation of hypertrophic and keloid scars. When applied to wounds that have closed after surgery, trauma or burns, BiODERMiS silicone wound dressing helps prevent scar formation.
New Product: EPi-DERM
This new product of EPi-DERM is natural, soft, flexible and skin-colored, which can move with you. Thanks to this skin-colored lining of the silicone sheed burn wound dressing, it does not stick to your clothes and provides comfortable use.

EPi-DERM gel sheets are the latest innovation in silicone sheet technology provided by BiODERMiS.
Use of Silicone Gel Tape
1) Wash both the wound and your hands
2) Open the package containing the BiODERMiS Silicone Gel Tape
3) There is plastic film on both sides of the gel tape. Remove the plastic films on both sides before use.
4) The gel sheet can be cut into smaller pieces using scissors or a scalpel. After determining the appropriate size of the sheet you will use, apply the adhesive side of the gel sheet to the scar. The silicone sheet should completely cover the scar and extend 6mm beyond the edge of the scar.
EPi-DERM Silicone Sheet Cleaning Method
Every 12 hours, you should remove the silicone dressing and wash it in warm soapy water with a small amount of foam. Gently wash the silicone sheet in soapy water, rinse and then dry. After these procedures, re-apply the silicone gel sheet.
BiODERMiS EPiDERM Silicone Sheet Usage Period
The recommended appropriate usage period for EPi-DERM gel sheet is 24 hours per day. If it is not possible to use it for the recommended 24 hour period, it should be used for at least 12 hours per day and the silicone dressing should be washed once during this period in accordance with the instructions above.
Apply the gel sheet daily for a period of 1 to 2 weeks, washing and reapplying to the wound. During this period, the silicone sheet will begin to lose its adhesive properties or surface dirt will penetrate. When this occurs, discard the gel sheet and apply a new piece. In general, the optimal period of use is 8 to 12 weeks.
