HEXATULLE Product Description
HEXATULLE is for use as a topical treatment only. It is indicated for a wide range of wounds at risk of infection or in combination with systemic antibiotics for wounds that are already infected.
HEXATULLE Contents
Minor burns and scalds.
Lacerations, abrasions and other skin loss wounds.
Donor and recipient graft sites.
Leg ulcers.
Warnings
Do not use on more than 15% of body area wounds for adults and 10% of body area wounds for children. Do not use in cases of known sensitivity or allergy to chlorhexidine. Dermatitis, contact sensitivity or photosensitivity may occur rarely. HEXATULLE is incompatible with soaps, other anionic substances and potassium iodide.
Instructions for Use

| Step 4: | Place in a single layer over the wound in direct contact with the wound surface. |
| Step 5: | Apply a secondary absorbent dressing if necessary and secure in place with a dressing retention bandage or dressing fixation paper. |
Removal: HEXATULLE may be left in place while the absorbent secondary dressing is changed. Frequency of change will depend on the clinical circumstances and may vary from once daily to twice weekly. If dressing adheres, gently moisten with sterile saline solution.
