When the metal disc inside the product is folded, the product will begin to crystallize. Once crystallization is complete, it is ready for use. Wrap the package in a soft cloth and apply to the desired area.

Things to Consider

1. It is recommended to use hot therapy for 30-40 minutes to avoid excessive heat.
2. Avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent the liquid in the package from spilling out.
3. To reuse, wrap the pack in cloth and place in boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. This will dissolve the crystals and you can reuse it. The product is non-toxic and for surface use only.
4. If the product is to be used for children, it should be applied under parental supervision.
5. Do not reuse after freezing and cooling.
6. Before application, wrap the product in a towel or cloth each time you use it. It should not be used by patients with sensory disorders.
7. Store in a dry area and at room temperature before use.
