Therapy Product for Pain and Injuries
This product provides relief from strains, sprains, muscle pain, swelling, tendonitis and sports injuries.
Cold Therapy
Leave the product in the freezer for 2 hours. Then wrap it with a thin towel and apply it to the desired area.
Hot Therapy
To heat the product, follow one of the following steps.
Heating in a Pot

Microwave Heating
