Portex Blue Line Ultra tracheostomy cannulas are made of PVC (polyvinylchloride) material. Does not contain latex. It offers comfortable use to people as it takes shape according to the patient's body temperature. There is a cuff (balloon) at the end of the cannula that secures the cannula and prevents air leaks. The diameter of the cuff is 30 millimeters. There is a guide balloon to control the inflation of the cuff. Cannulas are sterilized with ethylene oxide and packaged. Since they are single-use products, they should be thrown away after use. Tracheostomy cannulas are numbered according to their inner diameter. The dimensions of the cannula are written on the neck flange. The flexible neck flange adapts to the body structure of the patients. Depending on the patient's condition, the cannulas can remain in the body for 1-3 months. There are varieties available in different numbers.
