PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Fitolab W Cura Wound Debridement Cream Autolytic Debridement Cream provides autolytic debridement with its 50 g Fitolab D-Complex content. It does not damage granulation tissue in the wound bed. It can be safely applied in patients using anticoagulants. Bromelain: It is obtained from the stem of the pineapple comosus plant and acts by enzymatically breaking peptide bonds in necrotic tissue. Allantoin: Ensures that the necrotic tissue remains soft during the debridement process. Rutin: It is a flavonoid compound that increases the potency of bromelain. Urea: It creates a substrate for the enzymatic structure of bromelain and softens the tissue.
