PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Granulation and Epithelization Supporting Cream – 100 Gr Fitolab helps healing by supporting the granulation and epithelialization processes in the wound bed and its surroundings with Granulation Factor. Supports fibroblast migration. Reduces ischemia by regulating microcirculation in the wound bed and its surroundings. Increases type I collagen synthesis; Prevents the formation of hypertrophic scar tissue (keloid). Hypericum Perforatum (St. John's Wort):   Hypericum Perforatum, specially produced by Fitolab Arge, contains standardized herbal collagens hypericin and hyperforin. It also contains amentoflavones that have a synergistic effect with herbal collagens. These molecules support the granulization process by increasing collagen activity. Calendula Officinalis: It is a special content standardized oil produced by Fitolab Arge. It supports the granulization process by increasing fibroblast activity in the wound tissue.
